AXPA17851產(chǎn)品描述
AXPA17851 is a quad bridge class AB car radio audio poweramplifier designed in BCD (Bipolar, CMOS, DMOS) technology with afully complementary P-Channel/N-Channel output structure. It has arail to rail output voltage swing, high output current and lowsaturation losses, giving it an excellent distortion performance.AXPA17851 can operate down to 6V for low voltage operation toachieve 'start-stop' battery profile during engine stop enablingreduction in overall emissions.
