RT7272B產(chǎn)品概述TheRT7272BGSP is a 3A 36V 500kHz synchronous Step-Down Converterintegrates a 150mR high side and a 80mR low side MOSFET to achievehigh conversion efficiency up to 95%. The current mode controlarchitecture supports fast transient response and simplecompensation circuit. A cycle-by-cycle current limit functionprovides protection against shorted output and an internalsoft-start eliminates input current surge during start-up. Theconverter provides complete protection functions such as inputunder-voltage lockout, output under-voltage protection,over-current protection and thermal shutdown.Internal N-MOSFETs
