本產(chǎn)品推薦檢測間隙（探頭表面與齒頂之間）為1mm±20%，建議安裝傳感器時(shí)，用塞尺準(zhǔn)確調(diào)整該間隙。為了使輸出達(dá)到效果，當(dāng)齒輪信號(hào)頻率大于15khz，齒輪安裝的徑向跳動(dòng)應(yīng)小于0.03mm，當(dāng)齒輪信號(hào)頻率小于15khz時(shí)，齒輪安裝的徑向跳動(dòng)應(yīng)小于0.1mm。
因傳感器內(nèi)部有永磁體，安裝時(shí)應(yīng)注意避免齒輪與傳感器頭之間因吸引而產(chǎn)生撞擊，而使傳感器損壞。
傳感器測量時(shí)無方向性。
注意：若周圍電磁干擾大，建議將屏蔽線妥善接地，接地位置在接收裝置輸入端的地線點(diǎn)上。
the recommend testing clearance (between surface of probe and toothtop) is 1mm ±20%, suggest to adjust the clearance with proof stickwhile install the sensor. in order to make output to be besteffect, if the gear signal frequency is larger than 15 khz, makesure the radial beats of gear to be less than 0.1mm, while the gearsignal frequency is smaller than 15 khz, the radial beats could beless than 0.3mm.
for there are permanent magnet inside the sensor, please avoidimpact on the sensor, and result in sensors" damage.
